For magnetic charging, Samsung phones require a magnetic case to ensure proper charging.

Avoid exposing SwanScout chargers to high heat (e.g., inside a hot car) or humid areas (e.g., bathrooms). Store in a ventilated, dry backpack with a moisture-proof pouch for protection.

SwanScout chargers feature overvoltage and overcurrent protection, supporting global voltage (100-240V). Use a certified USB-C adapter with a voltage stabilizer to manage unstable power.

It is recommended to use a PD adapter of 20W or higher to ensure stable output. Some products may not be able to provide fast charging for three devices simultaneously when used with an 18W or lower-power adapter.
