Yes, phone cases are supported. We recommend using magnetic-compatible cases (e.g., with built-in magnetic rings) for proper alignment and efficiency. Non-magnetic or thick cases (over 5mm) may affect stability and performance.
On some models, the bottom earbud charging spot can also charge a phone, but it only provides 3.5W output. It is suitable for light, occasional charging—not recommended as the main charging position.
